Is liquid nitrogen ice cream safe to eat?

I had it a few times and the answer is Yes. The nitrogen evaporates way before you ever get it, it's the evaporation that makes the rest of the stuff cold.





Plus every breath you take is 70% nitrogen.





And it's delicious, as the freezing happens so quickly, it's a very different texture to normal ice cream.
