I have extremely dry skin and find that powder bronzers look chalky on me! I have tried a few brands so far including clinique and body shop, both are alright but i find they tend to bring out my lines on my forehead... finally i was also wondering if anyone knows of bronzers that also have good coverage because my skin cannot handle having both foundation and bronzer on at the same time.. thanks everyone that helped out ;)Liquid/Cream Bronzers!!!?
I suggest Bare Minerals Bronzer. None of their powders are like normal powder. You can use their make-up not matter your age, and your skin just looks flawless.Liquid/Cream Bronzers!!!?
Well i find that liquid and cream bronzers tend to look cake face.
as do heavy foundation topped with dark bronzer.
if you have dry skin and dont want ot look chalky or cake face, i would strongly recomend shimmer bronzer, it gives your skin a VERY subtle looking shimmer, and makes your skin look perfect, smooth and slightly tanned,
its not too dark, %26amp; it easily goes over foundation without causing erritation and cloged pours
my favorite brand is Bonnebell Shimmer Bronzer
good luck :)
mary kay has great products and if you find a beauty consultant near you, you can ask for free examples. so you can be sure of what your buying, this ladys wont charge you for their service. I use velocity cleanser and moisturizer.
hope I help
I would try Revlon they have a lot of different and unique tones of liquid bronzer and I have used it many times I have a more of a pale olive skin tone so it works well for me I would reccomend it
I'm sorry, I must have missed the part on why you MUST use a bronzer. Why not just lotion? Or are you trying to go for the Crocket/Tubbs Miami Vice thing?
i would definately recommed the origins bronzer
it comes in a cream stick that works fabulous for me :]
Go to the drug store and ask the person at the cosmetics counter. They are trained to answer your questions and have knowledge about all their products, etc.
You gotta try MAC. I never used bronzer ( because of all the the same reasons) until one of the girls did my make-up. It works great.
The best liquid bronzer I have ever used is that organic one at drugstores I cant remember what it's called..
liquid makes you greasy and powder shows wrinkles more.......nothing is better
try nneutrogena
cream bronzer looks great. try origins - they have a bronzer on the stick that is creamy :-) works for me
usd cream
try almay
try almay and if you go onto the website they tell you what each powder bronzer and liquid bronzer what it it is specifically used for.they also have one for dry skin and every differnet things.
You could invest in a good moisturizing foundation. I have a tinted moisturizer and its so nice. That might help with the bronzer. You could also try Bare Escentuals bronzer, they won't clog your pores.
What sounds best for you is a good tinted moisturizer.
Tinted moisturizers hydrate dry skin with a bit of color added to give you coverage and bronzing, all wrapped up into one product. Most of them also contain sunscreen, making them a great value. They鈥檙e ideal for daytime wear or during sports.
Some of the best brands are:
Wet 'N' Wild Ultimate Sheer
Revlon Age Defying Makeup
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancers
OLAY Complete Plus
Covergirl CG Smoothers
I don't recommend most cream bronzers because they are oil-based and can cause severe breakouts even if you do currently have dry skin.
Loreal
Loreal
Loreal
they have the best of the best bronzers, that make you look REAL and sunkissed, and both Maybelline and Loreal have amazing concealers.
LOREAL HAS MANY BRONZERS TO MATCH YOUR SKINTONES:http://shinymedia.headshift.com/kissandm鈥?/a>
tHEY ALSO HAVE SPRAY ON BRONZERS:http://www.echemist.co.uk/ProductMedia/1鈥?/a>
AND AN EXTENSIVE LINE OF PODWER BRPNZERS AND BRONZER GEL
if you have dry skin then you should solve that problem .. its not healthy for your skin, you should always keep it moisturized.
try putting vaseline before going to bed (i did that and now my skin is not try, its very smooth and soft) but make sure the vaseline your using is some good quality or else it wont do you any good.
and dont put any vaseline on your upper eye lids or they will look puffy ..
also dont go out with vaseline on your face, cuz the sunlight+vaseline will make your skin get darker
Liquid foundations are always a better choice compared to powdered.
I have used both, and also have really dry skin....much of the same problems you have.
I use a liquid foundation called Ultimate Cover by Wet 'n' Wild.
It works great and there is a ton of different tones to choose from.
After applying it i normally go back over problem spots with a cover up cover stick of some sorts.
You can get the stuff i use at walmart, it's well worth a try and it's also inexpensive.
