Take some antihistamine tables.
Sudocreme is very soothing on any kind of rash or soreness. I always use rubber gloves when washing up - it helps!
As it`s a chemical reaction you need a cream without more chemicals in it.I often use Calendula and Aloe Vera cream.You`ll find it in most health food shops and some pharmacies.Keep it in the fridge as there are no preservatives in it.Hope this helps

I agree with Mad. Sudocreme is the best and it's great on burns too.
Betnovate but I think its only on Prescription. Or maybe E5 cream, I think you can buy it from chemist
