normal; liquid with dusting of powder on top %26amp; powder concealer


oily; powder [prefereably mineral] with pressed powder on top %26amp; cream concealer


sensitive; depends on skin type but only mineral [eg. dry sensitive- mineral liquid] with mineral concealer stick.





and also coverage;


light; powder


medium; powder or liquid


heavy; mousse or liquid

It really depends on what type of skin you have.





Dry, oily, sensitive, etc etc





If you have really clear skin and just want to even your skin tone out, powder should work just fine.





If you have a little acne, liquid with a light finish of powder should do the trick.
i've tried all kinds and i like liquid the best, if you get a good one it goes on nice and smooth and it doesnt feel like your wearing 20 lbs of makeup but does a really good job of toning and covering. Im now using a liquid one from mac and i love it (:

I like mousse foundations best. It seems to cover my nasty skin very well, while liquid and powder have only emphasized my acne and/or dry skin.
The body shop have really nice foundation , powders and concealers , for all types of skin :)
