Are liquid/ cream toiletries allowed for checked in baggage on international flights from/ to the US?

Stuff like nonprescription tube creams?





I read somewhere that Ryanair in Europe doesn't allow liquids of any kind on their carryons. Do you know if this includes tube creams as well?Are liquid/ cream toiletries allowed for checked in baggage on international flights from/ to the US?
