Does anyone know any good liquid/cream eyeliners... that won't really hurt my wallet? ?

Tip: You can make your own liquid eyeliner by using an eyeshadow, a thin eyeliner brush and water. Get something dark (chocolate brown looks good for everyday, save your black for night time) and a thin eyeliner brush. Lightly dip the brush into water and then into the eyeshadow or liner. Swirl around...don't get the eyeshadow too wet or it will go on too easily. This makes it an easier way to apply and you know what color you want.

This Laura Mercier is actually a liner, however I thought it was an eyeshadow. It's a bit expensive, $20; however it's a really good liner and you'll be happy with it. I would suggest it in the Mahogany color.

Chanel or Bobbi Brown's eyeliner brushes are the best because they are super thin.

Bobbi's is $25..

Chanel's is $27. These are both wonderful brushes. However I'm sure you could find something that is cheaper that works just as well.

L'Oreal HIP's Cream Liner is about $10 at Target, but Wet n' Wild actually has a really good liquid liner for maybe $2-$3. Good luck!Does anyone know any good liquid/cream eyeliners... that won't really hurt my wallet? ?
