When I get my hands on some liquid nitro I'm going to try it. But what integrity will the canister need? And what sort of gloves would I use? Do I need goggles?What equipment do I need to make ice cream using liquid nitrogen?
I would not recommend doing this. Extremely hazardous to your health and anyone around you. And yes, you should check out the Ham on The Street Episode on this subject. Next episode airs 04/26/06 at 10:30 pm ET/PT (see link below for that).

Goggles, gloves, and the proper canister should be available from any reliable chemical supply store (who should also have liquid nitrogen).They should also be able to recommend what you need. And on a side note, did you watch the ice cream episode of ham on the street?
