Is shaving cream a liquid when it comes out of the bottle?

I was just wondering..i have always used gel but i have read that gel can clog the pores. Is shaving cream a liquid, and then you have to lather it up with a brush and then use the brush to apply to face?Is shaving cream a liquid when it comes out of the bottle?

Yes, it's a a liquid because it has no properties of a solid or a gas. It's foamy but still a liquid nonetheless. You just spray the foam into your hand and rub around the place you want to cut and just shave. I do this with my legs so I'm pretty sure you can do this with your face. I'm a girl just to tell you.
It's like foam. You just press it onto your hands then you just rub it on your face than then cut the hair.
