I'm going to Kenya in a week and I'm going to take SPF 30, but should I take a spray-on liquid or a cream, does one work better than the other or is there no difference?Do cream sun lotions work better than liquid?
hey,i am from middle east and i know more about our sun in this area
any way i guess cream works better i use it usually when i go out door and spray is not so effective for our sun here
other advice use more strongly cream like 50 maybe cause it's so sunny here and maybe it will hurt your skin seriously

Yes cream is better
doesn't make any difference. take a spray on, much less greasy and thick and easier to put on.
